I am Karen Cook, a proud Robinson Real Estate Agent. It is a joy to work with such a kind, principled brokerage! I had a 30-year career in education and retired in 2010. I was living in Atlanta at the time and bought, rehabbed, and sold 3 houses. I was successful because I created a great team. When I bought the third house, my buyer’s agent suggested I become a realtor because I was good with details and followed up promptly with issues and problems.

So, in 2013 I became a realtor. In 2014 I returned to Augusta, and I am very happy to be in the CSRA again. I work with all types of buyers and sellers: first-time buyers, investors, and experienced buyers/sellers. As a former teacher, my goal is to take my time to educate my buyer or seller and to help through closing. I am NOT the type of agent that you see only when you sign listing or buyers’ forms and at closing! I provide great service and have staging certification. Additionally, I conduct zoom seminars on various topics: how to buy your home, seller’s strategies, mortgage choices, and credit improvement tips. I do these one-on-one or to groups.
